Chef Danielle learned how to bake from her grandmother Rosemarie who passed away from this heartbreaking disease in 2016. Rainbow cookies were one of her specialties! Rich almond paste cakes layered with both apricot and raspberry jam sandwiched between two layers of semi-sweet chocolate. This is a limited drop, so snag them while you can. All proceeds from these rainbow cookies will benefit fundraising efforts for the Walk to End Alzheimer's -- the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support, and research.
