First time I ever had this "cake" was at Joe's Coffee and I literally went to 9 more Joe's that week looking for it again. I finally just asked if I could buy a loaf and they told me that Hungry Gnome was the baker. Cha-ching! I bought 3 loaves and sent 2 out for girlfriends birthdays. Then I proceeded to slice mine up and freeze for a weekly treat. I feel like it's such an indulgence that I have to savor it fully!
